What "From" Pricing Actually Means in UAE Setup
One small word does an enormous amount of work in this industry: "from."
A floor, not a forecast
A "from" price is a starting point, not a forecast. It tells you where a price begins in the simplest possible case. What it cannot tell you is where yours ends up once your activity, your visas, your office and your approvals are added in. That is not a criticism of anyone. It is just what the word means: a floor to build up from, rather than the figure you will actually plan against.
There is nothing sinister about this. It is ordinary marketing, and plenty of good businesses use it. But in a decision as significant as moving your company, or your family, to a new country, a floor price is a shaky foundation to plan on.
Ranges you can plan against
We made a deliberate choice to use ranges instead. A clear low end and a clear high end, so you can see both the best case and the realistic ceiling, and plan against the top rather than the bottom. It is less seductive than a single small number. It is also the only version that is still true after you have signed.
Honesty is rarely the flashiest marketing. In a business built entirely on trust, I have come to believe it is the only marketing that compounds.
